Refund and Returns Policy

At AI TECH LION LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every custom 3D-printed figurine and product. Due to the made-to-order nature of our services, please review the following refund and return policy carefully.

1. Custom Product Policy

All of our products are custom-made using 3D printing based on individual customer specifications. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with the following:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

Upon review and approval, we will:

• Offer a free replacement
• Or issue a full refund to the original payment method

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized 3D-printed products
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Orders placed with incorrect specifications provided by the customer

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time it takes to reflect on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
